Better than 95% of the population? Here is how...

Hey

Somebody told me something the other day that made me scratch my head.

But when I thought about it, it made complete sense...

Because most people skip over the fact that small things can make a big difference. (Like Eiffel Tower big)

You can call it a “hack” or whatever, but a year from now?

It could help to put you on a trajectory for massive growth in your mindset or personal life.

Here’s the story…

I recently watched Grant Cardone interview the power couple, Jesse Itzler and Sara Blakely, at the 10X Growth Conference.

And if you didn’t already know...(like me)

Jesse is a successful serial entrepreneur, part owner of the Atlanta Hawks, author, and world-renowned speaker (just to name a few).

His wife, Sara Blakely, is the founder of SPANX — a billion dollar+ business that she started with $5,000 bucks...

And grew while raising four children… imagine the determination.

And let me tell you... This interview was EPIC (there is a link at the end of this email)

Now, they covered a lot of ground around marriage, entrepreneurship, parenthood, etc.

But Jesse brought up something so simple, yet powerful... It didn’t sound like it could be true.

He called it the “Rule of 100.”

And this rule states that if you spend 100 hours a year working on a skill...

You’ll be better than 95% of the world at that discipline.

But here’s where I had to do a double-take.

Because that 100 hours a year breaks down to roughly 18 minutes a day.

(I used a calculator)

18 minutes a day to become better at a skill than 95% of the population?

And that’s if you put in the least amount of time and effort.

Now, like I said... This left me scratching my head, so I looked it up.

And sure enough, articles on “100 hours” started popping up.

I mean, think about it. What could you accomplish if you applied this to your life and business?

And the best part?

Once you start with 18 minutes... You’re more likely to keep going and turn that 18 minutes into an hour – or three.

Think about the return on investment for such a small action.

Mastering a new weld, or cooking technique.

Uncovering how to write better e-mails or perfect the messaging of your brand...

Breaking through the noise with consistent content that positions YOU as the solution for your ideal clients...

Or hell... learning to play the harmonica if that’s your jam.

(I prefer the piano myself)

The point is... the compound effect is real, and consistent actions can add up in a big way over time.

So, why not put it to the test?

Here’s how to get started:

Balance and regular intervals of rest can dramatically boost your focus and efficiency.
