We are just over half way...
You still have time.
Hello
It was 25 degrees summer day, and the air con was blasting in my car while i ate my lunch.
(I ate my lunch in the car so i could talk to my partner)
And I was reading think and grow rich by Napoleon Hill. Incredible book.
And this uncontrollable feeling washed over me like someone was shouting…
NOW IS THE TIME. IF YOU DONT DO IT NOW. YOU NEVER WILL.
And I knew exactly what that meant.
I had been learning in my own time the art of copywriting, and investing not only my time but money into it.
I was hooked.
It was time to quit my very comfortable and easy job.
So after talks with my partner. I took the leap of faith.
We had to and still are making sacrifices when it comes to date nights and money.
But in the Department of happiness, we have both never been so confident we made the right decision.
the person I was when I left and the person I am now. Are two entirely different people.
But in a good way.
And things are coming together. very nicely. the work is beginning to pay off.
What the Gurus and social media icons don’t tell you about freelance is.. it is fucking hard.
But I love a good challenge. (I’m guessing if you are reading this you do too.)
The point of this story is. You know when you know. If you are being drawn to something, do it. explore it, and see where it leads.
We are just over half way through the year… and i know what you are thinking.
It is too late to start pursuing my passion now, I’ll wait til next year.
WRONG!!!
Don’t let anyone including yourself ever tell you it is too late to start something…
Whatever you being drawn to… START!
Trust me, I get it.
Life is busy and can sometimes if not always be the best excuse or reason not to pursue something you are passionate about.
That, and it is just plain fucking scary to jump into the “unknown.” and pursuit something new.
In this email, we are covering something that means a lot to me.
And that is family and purpose.
Don’t be afraid of letting go of other things or people along the way, it just makes room for new people and new things to enter your new life.
So let’s get into today’s 4-3-2-1 shall we?
