Self-love is loving others...
Like anything its the balance.
Today’s concept is a little different.
But first…
This weekend was amazing we celebrated my sister’s 40th and my brothers 18th.
The best part most of the siblings were able to make it…
What I learned is the memories you make now you can’t make again. So don’t get so stuck creating or escaping a life for the future you forget about the life you have.
Trust in god. He has a path for you. It is up to you whether you follow it.
Here is the icon that is my sister.

The 40 year old Icon
I talk about self-love, positivity, and balance as I believe these are all crucial to living a happy existence.
But the truth is too much self-love is not a good thing and can lead us to thinking we arent enough…
The trick is finding the balance between nurturing ourselves and extending that love to others.
While self-love is crucial, too much of it can lead us to constantly feel like we aren’t enough.
So, let's explore this concept using our trusty 4-3-2-1 framework to ensure we are striking the right balance.

1 Mind-Blowing Fact:
The right amount of self-love enhances your ability to empathize with others.
According to a study by Kristin Neff, a pioneering researcher in self-compassion.
Individuals who practice self-compassion are more likely to exhibit empathetic behaviors towards others.
When you are kind and understanding towards yourself, you build the emotional resilience needed to be more compassionate and supportive in your relationships.
Self-love not only improves your well-being but also strengthens your capacity to connect with and care for others.
The truth is we have limited focus, time and energy so spend it in a way that is beneficial to you and your people.
When you are on the journey of growth, you will lose people you never thought you would, and you will keep people you thought you wouldn’t.
This is natural. Dont feel bad.
The lesson is finding balance, you don’t and shouldn’t work 16-hour days to work toward a dream, but you also shouldn’t slack off when you know there are things you could be doing…
As James Clear says
“1% better every day equals a 37x better version of yourself.”
Stay curious, Stay you.
