I shook on this and couldn't back out

This week, I want to talk about something that's been on my mind a lot lately:

Pushing yourself beyond your limits and the confidence that comes with it.

I was talking with my mentor who well…

Mentors me on life and who i do some work on the side for.

And in our last meeting, we got on to the topic of fasting.

He mentioned that he and his wife water fasted for four days, meaning they only had black coffee and water.

And the effects were amazing.

Me being me said ill give it a go… if you know me, you know i dont back down from a challenge easily.

And i wanted to prove it to myself that i could do it.

The difference between successful and unsuccessful people is their mindset.

Which is true to an extent.

So I shook his hand and said yeah I’ll do it.

Not knowing what I was getting myself in for, all I knew was I shook a man’s hand who means alot to me and I trusted myself and that God had my back.

4 days have gone by now, and here is the shocking thing…

I miss coffee with milk and sugar more than I do any food.

AND I love food.

1 Mind-Blowing Fact:

The Truth about stepping out of your comfort zone…

You literally rewire your brain for resilience and confidence.

Neuroscientific studies show that when we push ourselves to take on new challenges, our brain forms new neural connections, making us more adaptable and better equipped to handle future stress.

This process, known as neuroplasticity, means that every time you challenge yourself, you're not just building confidence—you’re also physically strengthening your brain!

Keep pushing, Keep strengthening.
