Studies have shown that regularly expressing gratitude can increase dopamine and serotonin levels, leading to greater feelings of joy and well-being.

My sister in law made me laugh yesterday…

We were talking about planning THE PARTY and a young couple walked past with 2 dogs (I love dogs)

So i said hello and wished them a great day

and She said… “oh just saying hello to everybody are we, same old Robbie.”

I just laughed.

Saying hello to someone might spark a bundle of opportunities in your life…

But that isnt why I do it..

Making someone smile and feel important is honestly such a great feeling.

Next time you see a friendly-looking person, I dare you to stop and compliment them.

See how their face lights up, you would have made their day and who knows might improv their mindset while you are at it.

My friend have a great bank holiday Monday.

I will see you on Wednesday with a banger ofc.

See you soon.
