Why waking up early is a superpower

that anyone can acquire

ahhhh

Snooze is not our friend…

You are in bed the warm duvet is wrapped around you like a perfect hug.

The pillow has molded perfectly to the shape of your face.

Everything is beautiful and still.

You are right now in this moment, if you look in the dictionary the definition of comfortable. (seriously look it up)

then it happens….

BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP.

You alarm goes off, and everything is ruined…

So feeling everything you are that snooze button is just too tempting so you hit it…

Afterall what is five more minutes.

This is a thing SO many are guilty of when they are in that state, even some of the highest level individuals.

So no wonder in a case study over 55% of participants press snooze in the morning.

These individuals were fully paid salaried adults btw.

This is how easy it is to press snooze, and trust me I get it.

that was until I realised, if i don’t press snooze, that means I could easily be in the top 50% of people regarding this habit.

Meaning you can also be ahead of over 50% of the population in working towards your dreams… Now hold that thought.
